Shopware Domain Mapping Misconfiguration Help

Common Misconfigurations

1. Current URL not matching any Sales Channel Domains

Following URLs are known to Shopware: default.headless0, http://events.react-swiss.com, https://staging.events.react-swiss.com, https://staging.optrel.com/at/de, https://staging.optrel.com/ch/de, https://staging.optrel.com/ch/fr, https://staging.optrel.com/de/de, https://staging.optrel.com/en/en, https://staging.optrel.com/es/es, https://staging.optrel.com/fr/fr, https://staging.optrel.com/gb/en, https://staging.optrel.com/nl/nl, https://staging.optrel.com/pl/pl, https://staging.optrel.com/ru/ru, https://staging.react-swiss.com/at/de, https://staging.react-swiss.com/at/en, https://staging.react-swiss.com/ch/de, https://staging.react-swiss.com/ch/en, https://staging.react-swiss.com/ch/fr, https://staging.react-swiss.com/de/de, https://staging.react-swiss.com/de/en, https://staging.react-swiss.com/en/en,

Solution:

  1. Open the Administration
  2. Click on the left bottom side on the desired sales channel
  3. Make sure in the Domain Panel that the current access URL is added there: https://staging.optrel.com

2. Misconfigured Proxy Header forwarding / Trusted Proxies

Symptoms: Cannot resolve a Sales Channel, Assets are loading with http instead of https.

Solution:

Make sure the visible URL is the actual URL in your browser: https://staging.optrel.com/. If not, the proxy configuration could be wrong.

Shopware got following headers from IP 216.73.217.71:

The trusted_proxy configuration could look like this:
